I really love this! I do not know much about the character it's self, but this piece is amazing! The animation almost looks 3D! Like it should be in some sort of Pokemon game! I like how it shows the lines really cutting into the tail! It could use some shading and maybe it's eyes opening for a short period of time, you could add the tail moving, but overall I saw this and I was like "Wow, that's awesome!" You are an amazing pixel artist, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Even though I haven't read or heard of this character much yet, this pixel tells a story.
